many calls miss without notification
no option to add cards or add password from mobile app
not possible to connect to chim or bell
not practical at all

2,many calls miss without notification----App notification feature is turned on?
3,no option to add cards or add password from mobile app-----This is a Video intercom&Access, you can intercom and open the door remotely through the app, and the password can be passed to the visitor in other ways.
